Hot Crab Dip


Serves 6

8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 T dried minced onions
2 T milk
6 oz. crab meat

Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, mix the first 3 ingredients with a fork until creamy and smooth. Gently stir in crab meat. Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are brown and bubbling. Remove from oven and let cool a bit before serving with onion crackers.
